The
Hitachi is a lovely looking screen with a nicely designed silver surround. This
screen is the same as the more expensive PLATARA version, the only difference
being the bottom section of the bezel and the input board. The best feature is
its true XGA native resolution panel, which means PC images look absolutely fantastic.
The Panasonic is a better-made screen but unlike the Hitachi it is not true XGA.
If you are looking for a low cost plasma screen that offers a better picture and
higher resolution than the slightly lower priced Samsung`s and LG`s than this
is the screen to go for.
